Hi, I’m Jo, founder of Crystal Vitality.
My work is rooted in the belief that true wellbeing comes from treating the whole person — not just the pain, the skin concern, or the symptom in isolation.
Combining Swedish massage with Thai and Eastern-inspired bodywork, deep oscillation therapy, and advanced regenerative skin treatments, I bring together therapeutic techniques and modern aesthetics in a way that supports both healing and confidence.
My own journey through chronic pain has deeply shaped the way I work. I understand how exhausting it feels when your body no longer feels like your own, which is why I specialise in helping women over 35 move beyond pain, stress, hormonal changes, and visible signs of ageing — so they can feel like themselves again.

Micro needling
